Third floor
Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, each with its own private en-suite bathroom.
Guests should be comfortable using stairs.
One of the bathrooms features a jetted tub for relaxing after a day exploring Helen.
With Main Street, restaurants, shops, festivals, and the main square just a short walk away, you can leave the car parked and enjoy downtown Helen at your own pace.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
