String lights. Per HOA rules and regulations string lights must be off by 12 pm. These are on a timer. They go ON around sunset and turn OFF 10 P.M everyday.
We charge $100 pet fee.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
